Posso modificare il mio ordine?

Compatible with our operational flows, if your goods have not already been packed and shipped you can request a change or cancellation of an order within one hour by contacting us promptly at 049/9460888 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by writing to info@imballaggizamad.it

Posso tracciare il mio ordine?

For all online orders, Imballaggi Zamad srl sends an email when the order is taken care of and an email when the order is entrusted to the courier with the tracking code to manage the progress of the orders.

Posso impostare un indirizzo di spedizione diverso da quello di fatturazione per il mio ordine?

Yes, certainly. You can set a different shipping address than the billing address directly at check out.

Quali sono i tempi di consegna?

All orders received by noon, Monday through Friday, are processed and delivered in 48/72 hours by express courier. Some locations that are difficult for couriers to reach may require a longer delivery time.

Quanto costa la consegna?

Transportation is free in Italy for orders with taxable income from € 500.00. For orders with a lower amount, delivery costs are € 15.00 + VAT for the islands € 20.00 + VAT.

Posso ritirare i prodotti personalmente o, tramite corriere, direttamente presso la vostra sede?

Yes of course, there is a pick-up service on site: you can pick up the products directly from our warehouses located in Via delle Pezze, 5 B, 35013 Cittadella PD. It will be sufficient to request it at the same time as the order. The material will be available from the working day following your purchase and will remain available for the next 72 hours.

Consegnate anche all'estero?

The ubiquity of our delivery service allows us to make deliveries throughout Italy, including San Marino.

If you have a company or branch in another country, or you need your products to arrive outside the Italian territory, you can arrange to have your products picked up, with your express courier, from our warehouses at Via delle Pezze, 5 B, 35013 Cittadella PD.

Quando devo accettare con ``riserva di controllo`` il pacco del corriere?

For maximum protection of your goods, when the courier makes the delivery always check that:

  • the package is intact, undamaged, and otherwise conforms to standard specifications;
  • in case of delivery on a pallet, that the film is intact, adherent and has no abnormal openings;
  • the number of packages indicated on the invoice or the DDT, sent by email, corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

It is your right to raise to the carrier, any discrepancies, by expressing a specific reservation, that is, accept the delivery, but sign the courier’s document writing “I accept with reservation” specifying the reasons in detail. This will provide you with maximum protection from any damage not immediately detectable. So if the courier does not allow you to accept with reservation, you should claim the right to do so, or if not, do not accept the goods.

Devo effettuare un reclamo a chi posso rivolgermi?

To make a complaint please write an email to info@imballaggizamad.it indicating order number, company name, vat number and reason:

  • Lack of goods
  • Damaged goods
  • Non-conforming material
  • Delivery delay
  • More

Voglio fare un reso, quali procedure devo seguire?

Returns can only be made if requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Come posso recuperare le fatture relative al mio ordine?

Each time you place an order on imballaggizamad.it you will simultaneously receive an email, to the address you used to register on the site, with the relevant invoice attached. You will then be able to retrieve them among the emails we have sent you or consult your tax drawer. If you need a copy of the invoice write to info@imballaggizamad.it

Posso richiedere prodotti personalizzati con il logo della mia azienda?

Of course! You can personalize products with your company logo and request many other types of customization. We provide you with all the advice you need.

Avrei bisogno di quantitativi molto elevati di un singolo prodotto. Come posso fare?

We are at your service to follow up with you personally taking care of all your needs and with the possibility of creating framework agreements for high-volume supply at advantageous prices.

Come posso pagare?

Packaging Zamad provides you with several payment methods from which you can choose:

  • Credit card payment. For online orders, you can purchase independently and with complete security. For email and fax orders, you can complete the payment with the support of our Customer Service.
    We accept all major credit card circuits: Visa, CartaSi, Mastercard, Postepay, American Express.
  • Payment by Maestro-enabled ATM.
Cosa rappresenta la voce CONAI che compare in fattura?

The CONAI Environmental Contribution is required by Legislative Decree 152/06 and established for each type of packaging material. It represents the form of financing through which CONAI apportions between producers and users the cost of the increased burden of separate collection, recycling and recovery of packaging waste.
